Refund Policy

VA Service Plans (Basic, Advance, Pro)

⚡ VA service plans come with a 30-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase, provided the service has not yet been substantially delivered or commenced.

If our VA team has already begun working on your Amazon store (account access shared, work commenced), refunds are considered on a pro-rated basis at our discretion.

Supplier & Brand Access Plans

Supplier and Brand list plans are digital information products. Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase if:

  • The supplier or brand information provided is inaccurate or the links are non-functional
  • You have not downloaded or accessed the information (verifiable by our system)

Once access is provided and the information has been viewed or downloaded, refunds are not available as the digital content has been delivered.

Eligible Refund Situations

  • VA service not yet commenced — full refund within 30 days
  • Supplier/brand information is inaccurate or links are broken
  • Duplicate charge on your account
  • Technical issues prevented service delivery
  • Service significantly differs from what was described

Non-Refundable Situations

  • VA service plans where work has substantially commenced
  • Supplier/Brand plans where information has been accessed/downloaded
  • Requests made after 30 days (VA plans) or 7 days (access plans)
  • Change of mind after service delivery has begun
  • Evidence of refund abuse or fraudulent behaviour

How to Request a Refund

  1. Email us at refunds@nexvoraofficial.store with:
    • Your order number / email used for purchase
    • The service you purchased
    • Reason for the refund request
  2. Our team reviews within 1–2 business days
  3. If approved, refund is processed back to your original payment method

By using the NexVora website (nexvoraofficial.store) and purchasing our services, you confirm you are at least 18 years of age and agree to these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and Refund Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

VA Services (Basic, Advance, Pro)

Our Virtual Assistant service plans provide Amazon store management services as described on our website. Service scope varies by plan (Basic $150, Advance $300, Pro $400). Services are delivered by our trained VA team remotely.

  • An active Amazon seller account is required for VA services
  • You must provide necessary access credentials to our team to perform services
  • All Amazon account credentials are kept strictly confidential
  • Results may vary based on market conditions, competition, and other factors
  • NexVora does not guarantee specific sales or revenue outcomes

Digital Access Plans — Suppliers & Brands

The Supplier Plan ($50) and Brand Plan ($100) provide curated lists of wholesale suppliers and Amazon brands respectively. These are digital information products.

  • Access is delivered digitally to your email upon payment confirmation
  • You receive direct links, contact information, and details for each supplier/brand
  • This information is for your personal business use only — not for resale or redistribution
  • Supplier and brand relationships are independent of NexVora — we do not guarantee acceptance by any supplier or brand

Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are in US Dollars (USD)
  • Prices may change without prior notice for new orders
  • We do not store payment card details — all payment data is handled by PCI DSS compliant processors
  • Payment is due at time of purchase

Confidentiality

Any Amazon account credentials, business information, or sensitive data you share with our VA team is kept strictly confidential. Our team members are bound by confidentiality agreements. We will never share your Amazon account information with third parties.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud or gross negligence.

Governing Law & Disputes
